Hotels for sale
List a hotel.
Owners, brokers and auctioneers can submit a hotel. We publish it only after checking the documents. Buyers contact the seller through the original listing. We do not pass enquiries on.
What we need
- Hotel name, address and city
- Your role: owner, broker or auctioneer
- Rooms, floors, land area and land tenure
- Asking price, or the auction starting price
- A public link to the advert, if there is one
- How we can check it: the land-use certificate for owners, or the mandate for brokers
