About the role
Meliá Hotels International is hiring a Cluster General Manager to lead three hotels in northern Vietnam: Meliá Vinpearl Hai Phong Rivera, Meliá Vinpearl Phu Ly and Meliá Vinpearl Thanh Hoa. You will be based in Hai Phong.
As the most senior manager across the cluster, you will run the full operation of all three hotels and lead their teams. You will plan, coordinate and review the results of every department, and make sure each hotel follows Meliá’s policies and brand standards, including health and safety, sustainability and talent management. The role suits a General Manager with international chain experience who knows the Vietnamese market well.

Requirements
- At least three years as General Manager of a hotel of similar category
- Experience with an international hotel chain
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese market
- Strong sales and marketing, revenue management and profitability skills
- Excellent English
- A degree in business, economics, hotel management or tourism
