About the role
Hilton is hiring a Director of Food & Beverage for La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton, named Vietnam’s Leading Lifestyle Resort at the 2026 World Travel Awards.
You will set the operating policies and standards for all F&B at the hotel, from restaurants and bars to conference and banqueting. You will be accountable for the department’s budget and profit, monthly reporting to management, purchasing and supplier relationships, and licensing. You will also train the team to Hilton standards and develop future department heads. Hilton wants a hands-on leader with several years as head of F&B in a four- or five-star hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Set F&B policies and standards for the hotel
- Hit the department’s profit budget and keep costs under control
- Report sales, trends and monthly results to management
- Review pricing, suppliers and inventories, and keep all licences up to date
- Train the team to Hilton standards and develop future department heads
Requirements
- Five to eight years as head of F&B in a four- or five-star hotel, or in high-standard restaurants
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of F&B, conference and banqueting operations
- Strong cost-control, leadership and training skills
