About the role
Marriott International is recruiting a Director of Sales for Fairfield by Marriott Dak Mil, a 96-key hotel in the Central Highlands town of Dak Mil, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027. The hotel is part of a mixed-use development on Tran Hung Dao, the town’s main road, and sits above a planned retail mall.
The hotel will have a restaurant with a lounge and bar, a spa, an exercise room, a kids’ club, and a ballroom with three meeting rooms, giving you 768 sqm of event space to sell. You will lead day-to-day sales, build long-term client relationships and set booking goals for the team. Marriott notes that Dak Mil is about 1.5 hours by road from Buon Ma Thuot airport and about six hours from Ho Chi Minh City.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day sales activity and build long-term client relationships
- Create and deliver the sales plan with the management team
- Set personal booking goals and recommend goals for the team
- Join sales calls to win and close new business
- Analyse market data and support revenue management with forecasts
Requirements
- A degree in business, marketing or hotel management with at least one year in sales and marketing, or a two-year degree with three years
- Strong sales leadership and relationship skills
