Choosing a stack

  • Start with integration. Ask each vendor for a list of the PMS, channel manager and POS systems it already connects to in Vietnam, not globally.
  • Ask for local support hours. A vendor with staff in Vietnam can usually support in Vietnamese and in the same time zone. Check that this is in the contract.
  • Ask for a Vietnam reference. Every supplier here has at least one public Vietnam client or team. Ask to speak to a hotel of your size and type.
