Our view for owners and investors
- About VND 3.4bn a key at the asking price. That is the top end of current Da Nang listings, so the price assumes beachfront rates hold.
- Small plot, tall tower. 375 m² carrying 18 floors means a high building-to-land ratio. Check the construction permit and completion certificate cover all floors.
- The advert has run since March.
- Ask for trading figures. The advert gives no occupancy, ADR or revenue. Request at least two years of management accounts before valuing it as a going concern.
