Fusion Resort Da Lat, formally Fusion Resort Tuyen Lam Lake Da Lat, is due to open in the second quarter of 2027 with 15 villas and a 90-room hotel. For Da Lat owners, it brings a Vietnamese wellness operator with a spa-inclusive rate to a highland market where few four- and five-star hotels carry an international brand.
Fusion Hotel Group said on 30 September that it had signed a long-term hotel management agreement with the owner, Han Spaces, the day before. The resort sits on 11 acres at the foot of a hillside, overlooking Tuyen Lam Lake. Fusion said it would be its first resort in Vietnam’s Highlands.

The Da Lat signing came 13 days after LÈGACY Hanoi held its grand opening on 16 September. 1. Spa-inclusive pricing resets the comparison
Fusion says its all-spa-inclusive concept puts spa treatments in the stay. Our view: competing Da Lat resorts will be compared on total stay value, not room rate alone. Owners with spas should check how their packages compare before 2027.
2. Tuyen Lam Lake is becoming a resort cluster
The Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area already has Edensee Lake (five-star, 112 rooms) and Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam (four-star, 151 rooms), according to VNAT records in our database. Fusion adds 105 keys there. Owners of land around the lake now have a recent management deal to point to.
3. Air access is the swing factor
Fusion cites daily flights to Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur, with Singapore Changi flights expected from December 2026. If the Singapore route starts, Da Lat gets a second international source market close to the opening. Commercial teams should watch route announcements.
4. Pre-opening hiring will start in 2027
